Questions about this

Are used machines guaranteed?

Every machine is serviced and test-sewn before it goes on the floor, and we want you satisfied with what you take home — if it is not right, call us and we will sort it out. Cover varies by model and condition, so ask about the specific machine when you call.

Can I try a machine before I buy it?

Yes — here at the shop. Sewing on a machine is the only way to know if it suits you, so come by appointment and we will set it up and let you sew on it. We do not do take-home trials. What we do stand behind is that you leave satisfied: every machine is serviced and test-sewn before it goes on the floor, and if something is not right once you are using it, call us and we will put it right.
