Questions about this

Can you keep a whole uniform line running?

Yes. We service plants that run lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch and bar tack side by side, and we keep parts for the common industrial heads on the shelf.

Do you do scheduled maintenance instead of emergency calls?

Yes. Shop accounts get a maintenance schedule and account pricing on parts, which is cheaper than a line going down mid-run. Call the shop to set one up.
