Find it fast

Find your machine.

Type the brand or the model number off the plate — “Juki”, “DDL-8700”, “Consew 206RB”, “Brother”. We service every brand on this list and plenty that are not.

Tap your machine and tell us what it’s doing. Leave your name, a number and how soon you need it running. We call you back with what the repair looks like — or what we’d put on your floor instead.

Machines we keep running

Long-arm walking foot for large panels. Heavy zigzag for reinforcement and webbing. Table and stand setups sized for oversized work. Servo motors so a single operator can control a big panel.

What usually goes wrong

Feed slipping on vinyl-coated polyester. Needle deflection through webbing and grommet reinforcement. Hook timing after heavy stack-ups. Motors underpowered for the material.

Tap anything that sounds right. Not sure what it’s called? Type it below in your own words — that works just as well.

Rough is fine — it saves us a phone call.

Bringing it in has no call-out charge. On-site visits carry a service call fee.

It is usually on a plate or sticker on the body. Skip it if you cannot find it — that is fine.

Last bit — this is just so we can send you the estimate and let you know when it’s ready. We don’t add you to any list.

Your phone will offer your saved address — tap it and the rest fills itself in.

Just one more thing needed above before we can continue.

Used industrial machines, serviced and test-sewn. Nothing goes on the floor until it has been stripped, serviced and sewn off. Stock changes weekly, so tell us what you need and we will tell you what we have and what is coming in.

Questions about this

Can you service a long-arm machine on our floor?

Yes. Long-arm and heavy cover machines are usually easier to service in place, and we cover Los Angeles County on-site.

What needle and thread should we run on marine acrylic?

It depends on the cloth weight and the seam. Tell us what you are sewing and we will spec the needle system, point and thread when we set the machine up.
