Rough is fine — it saves us a phone call.

Bringing it in has no call-out charge. On-site visits carry a service call fee.

It is usually on a plate or sticker on the body. Skip it if you cannot find it — that is fine.

Last bit — this is just so we can send you the estimate and let you know when it’s ready. We don’t add you to any list.

Who we serve

Three kinds of customer walk through that door.

A production manager with twelve machines down, someone whose only machine just stopped mid-hem, and a quilter who sews every day. All three get the same technician.

Corporate & production

Cut-and-sew rooms, apparel brands, upholstery shops, uniform companies, studios. On-site service, preventive maintenance contracts, machine sales and vendor onboarding paperwork handled.

Hobbyists & quilters

Straight answers

Questions we get every day.

How much does a sewing machine repair cost?

Estimates are free. Bring the machine in, we diagnose it, and you get the price before any work begins. A tune-up and clean is very different from a timing rebuild or a motor replacement — and we’ll tell you honestly when a machine isn’t worth repairing.

Do you come out to service machines on-site?

Yes. We service production floors, upholstery shops, schools, studios and wardrobe departments across Los Angeles County. Send a repair request with “come to my location” or call 818-409-0987.

Can I just drop my machine off?

We work by appointment — please call 818-409-0987 before you come so a technician is there to receive it. If it’s an industrial head on a table we’ll meet you at the roll-up door to help unload.

How often should a sewing machine be serviced?

Manufacturers recommend a full cleaning and service at least once a year, and more often if you sew daily or work with lint-heavy fabric. Industrial machines running production hours need it far more frequently.

Which brands do you service?

Singer, Juki, Bernina, Brother, Janome, Pfaff, Consew, Husqvarna Viking, Kenmore, Adler, Baby Lock, Elna, Necchi, Jaguar, Toyota and more. Forty years in, we’ve seen almost all of it.

Do you sell used sewing machines?

Yes — reconditioned home and industrial machines, tested and tuned. Send a used machine request with what you sew and your budget, and we’ll tell you what’s on the floor.
