Do you service machines in our workroom?

Yes. We cover furniture and contract workrooms across Los Angeles County. On-site visits carry a service call fee quoted on the phone before we book.

Our walking foot is marking soft leather. Can that be fixed?

Usually yes. It is normally foot pressure, feed dog height or the wrong foot for the hide. We set the machine to the material you actually run, not to a generic spec.
