The fee varies with your location, how many machines we are looking at and what the job needs. We tell you the number on the phone before we schedule — never after. It covers the trip and the diagnosis; repair work is quoted separately and you approve it before we start. Bringing machines into the warehouse has no call-out charge.
Downtime is the expensive part
A service call costs less than a line standing still. Shops on a maintenance schedule with us call us far less often in an emergency, which is the entire point.

Do you charge a fee to come out?
Yes. On-site visits carry a service call fee that varies with location and the number of machines. We quote it on the phone before scheduling. Bringing machines to the Glendale warehouse has no call-out charge.
