Find it fast

Find your machine.

Type the brand or the model number off the plate — “Juki”, “DDL-8700”, “Consew 206RB”, “Brother”. We service every brand on this list and plenty that are not.

Tap your machine and tell us what it’s doing. Leave your name, a number and how soon you need it running. We call you back with what the repair looks like — or what we’d put on your floor instead.

Machines we keep running

Bar tack for load-bearing terminations. Walking foot for laminates and coated nylon. Zigzag for webbing. Cylinder arm for tubular and awkward assemblies.

What usually goes wrong

Bar tack pattern and knife adjustment. Needle deflection through layered webbing. Feed slipping on silicone-treated nylon. Thread breakage from worn guides.

Tap anything that sounds right. Not sure what it’s called? Type it below in your own words — that works just as well.

Rough is fine — it saves us a phone call.

Bringing it in has no call-out charge. On-site visits carry a service call fee.

It is usually on a plate or sticker on the body. Skip it if you cannot find it — that is fine.

Last bit — this is just so we can send you the estimate and let you know when it’s ready. We don’t add you to any list.

Your phone will offer your saved address — tap it and the rest fills itself in.

Just one more thing needed above before we can continue.

The estimate is free. This goes straight to the shop.

Used industrial machines, serviced and test-sewn. Nothing goes on the floor until it has been stripped, serviced and sewn off. Stock changes weekly, so tell us what you need and we will tell you what we have and what is coming in.

Questions about this

Can you set a machine up for lightweight coated nylon?

Yes. Fine coated fabrics need a smaller needle system and lighter tension than most industrial machines ship with. We set it to the fabric you run.

Do you service bar tacks and heavy zigzag?

Yes. Bar tack and zigzag machines behind pack straps, harnesses and tie-downs are regular work.
