Machines we keep running

Walking foot and compound feed for webbing and laminates. Bar tacks for load-bearing terminations. Heavy zigzag for parachute and harness work. Long-arm and cylinder arm for awkward assemblies. Servo conversions so operators get slow, controlled speed on thick stack-ups.

What usually goes wrong

Timing drifts under heavy webbing. Feed dogs and needle plates wear from aramid and coated cloth. Bar tack cams and knives go out of adjustment. Tension assemblies clog with sizing. We set the machine to the material, not to a generic spec.

Yes. On-site visits across Los Angeles County carry a service call fee quoted on the phone before we schedule.

Do you work with aramid and coated fabrics?

Yes. Needle system, point style and thread need to match the material — tell us what you are sewing and we will set the machine for it.
