Thread Heaven and sewing machines? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

So I love using Thread Heaven for hand stitching, but I’ve never had luck combining it with my sewing machine. I’ve followed all the instructions and tips on their website, but no matter what I do my stitches are all jacked up (uneven, tension issues, etc.). Do any of you have a positive experience using Thread Heaven in conjunction with your machine?
