[Self Drafted] First upcycle project, men's shirt Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

My first time posting on r/sewing! I haven't sewn clothes in 8 years at least, sewn anything in 5 years. After finding out I was pregnant, I got a little crazy pinning baby clothes projects on Pinterest. My mother in law got me a sewing machine for Christmas and I've finally started sewing!

I took my husband's work shirt (rip in the elbow) and made a dress. Lots of firsts: self drafting, baby clothes, lining, making a flower thing. Lessons were learned so next time will go better.

Now to borrow my little niece to make sure this actually fits a baby…
