Is there a program to draft non-clothing patterns? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hi, /r/sewing,
I found a program to make patterns for clothes, but now I’m wondering if there is one for something like plushies, or if the one I have can be used for that. (I haven’t really had much practice with it, but it is called PatternMaker 7.5)

I want to draft patterns for plushies and depending on what I draft I’d like to share some of them. I don’t exactly have the most steady hand for drawing or writing, and I’d like to have them saved as an image or PDF for sharing online. Is this something as simple as using photoshop? (I’m not very good with that either, but it might be better if I had a tablet)
