In need of a project Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

My mother taught me to sew when I was very young. I am relatively skilled, and have a week off school. In need of a project. I have serger a sewing machine, and a dress maker’s doll to work with. Any free patterns/ ideas as to what I should make would be greatly appreciated.
