Suggestions for a new project? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hello r/sewing!

I haven’t done a lot of sewing, but I’ve got a couple projects under my belt. I’ve made a couple of block quilts (and a chevron quilt) and I’ve made a few drawstring bags. I mention this so you guys can have an idea of where my current skill level is. I’d like another project, but I’m not sure what would be appropriate for my skill level. I’m not really ready to do clothes yet, I don’t think. So, what are some relatively easy things that are good practice for a novice?
