Need help: Need an automated sewing machine/loom that s Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

This may not be the right place, but does anyone have any expertise on the process behind automated looms?
I have been contracted by an employer to find a loom that will automatically sew the flags of North America on display in a museum (so the flags will start as blank and end up being the iconic, well-known designs of a nation).
I need to know what kinds of machines do this and anything else you think would be valuable insight to make this happen.
Budget is a blank check and I have , so I just need to know HOW.
