I need to purchase a bolt of plain white, cotton fabric. Nothing fancy, just something lightweight yet durable. Living in the L.A. area, I thought I could take advantage of the fashion district but there are so many shops there. Does anyone recommend any stores that offer discounted prices for the type of product I’m looking for?
