What the hell is wrong with my machine? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I tried using double needle, and the bobbin wasnt coming up. Tried cleaning, pulling the housing stuff out and all that jazz, redoing it all. Nothing.

Switched to a single needle, still doesnt work.

I watched stuff about hook timing, but when i hand crank it, i can see the hook is fine? But the bobbin still wont work.

Im just at a loss since this hasnt ever happened before. Im using a brother CS-6000i. Thanks

Edit: The top thread will catch the bottom one, but its just not forming a stitch.

Edit again.. Now the stitches are forming and not skipping, but the threads keep tangling both up around the needles and inside the bobbin area. Im just so mad, all those videos on youtube made useing a double needle look so easy.
