This is probably a stupid question, but generally are a Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I got this gorgeous fabric in the remnants section of a local fabric store and I have looked around and cannot find any more of it. There is just about enough to make a dress out of but I am aware that having a bodice and a skirt requires two seam allowances. Before I attempt to make it as a front side and back side (is this even possible) I thought I would ask you wonderful people. If it isn’t I can settle with just a skirt but it would be so cute as a summer dress! Thank you!
