Textile Help – Bamboo Fabrics? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hey all,

I’m beginning a sewing and patternmaking course soon with my first project to be making vegan friendly ties (since most are woolen interface and silk textile), but I’m having a hard time finding good suppliers of plain bamboo fabrics, especially for Australia.

Does anyone know of good resources for bamboo fabrics?
If you can suggest other materials that may be handy, don’t hesitate 🙂 I’m still quite new to all this.
