Teddy Bear Blazer Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Strange, I know, but I really need advice on how to sew a little navy blazer for a teddy bear I’m giving my boyfriend for christmas. I want it to look just like his a cappella group, and they wear navy blazers with red bow ties. Can anyone advise? I was considering using a build-a-bear teddy. Sorry if this was the wrong forum.
