Small chest adjustment suggestions? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hello,

I’m looking for some suggestions on how to adjust this pattern to fit my small chest. I have a lot of extra fabric at the collar. I’ve tried tucking and pinning in different ways and I’m not sure which looks bet.

The first (A) is the original fitting. The second (B) is a small tuck and (C) is a larger tuck. I like C best, but I could see how someone would say it is pulling at the center, so it is probably too tight. Your thoughts?
