Silk chiffon alteration question Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Please let me know if this isn’t appropriate to post here and I will happily remove it, but I have a question about the potential to alter a bridesmaid dress and thought you all may be knowledgeable about this.

I purchased a silk chiffon dress for my cousin’s wedding and was in between sizes so the size I purchased is slightly too large. The waist, bust and the shoulder area which is sheer fabric would need to be taken in somewhat. I would probably also need to have it hemmed. I assume a good seamstress could work some magic but was worried that because of the delicate fabric and the top being sheer and unlined, this dress wouldn’t lend itself well to alterations.

Here are pictures of the dress since my description was probably fairly inept 🙂 I bought it as a final sale item but at a very steep discount so I don’t mind paying for quality alterations if it’s possible, but if it won’t work I’ll just try to resell it and look for another dress. Any opinions? Thank you for your help!
