Sewing table advice wanted! Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I currently sew on a table that’s built in to our current apartment but we’re moving! So I’m starting from scratch with sewing/cutting table needs. I will not have a dedicated sewing room but I will have a dedicated sewing space that is shared with another room. So what’s your advice? Build a sewing table with one of the DIYs posted or buy a cabinet? Which cabinets do you like? Can a set in sewing table double as a cutting table? Thanks for any advice.
