Ok. So I made a circle skirt it's cute and the measurement is even around all sides, when i'm not wearing it.
When I do wear it, the back side is about two to three inches higher than the front. Yes I do have booty to back that up. Since there is no discernible front or back due to the nature of the circle no seams in the skirt only one mini almost invisible seam in the waist band, nearly invisible because of the way the elastic waist band works. The current hem is a quarter inch rolled hem.
The skirt in question has an elastic waist band because frankly I was in a hurry and only had 24 hours to make it. The elastic plus the length of the skirt are equal all around.
Here's the question how do you hem the skirt so it is parallel to the floor.
