[restoration] I bought a World War 2 era Red Cross nurs Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

hi! I recently came into the ownership of a VERY good condition WW2 era New Zealand Red Cross nurse’s dress. It’s missing two buttons and has a couple of rips in it.

I was sort of hoping that people would be able to help me ensure it is authentic, as well as potentially being able to give me some tips on how to restore it to its former glory!
