Request for help understanding instruction Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hello!

I am making a yoga mat bag, working from a book called, “One-Yard Wonders”. I have stitched the exterior together (fabric tube) and am about to attach the strap, which is a piece of webbing.

I think. The problem is that I’m not exactly sure how to visualize what the instructions are telling me.

“Fold and press one end of the webbing under 1/2 inch for the bottom edge of the strap. Center this folded edge on the back seam of the right side of the exterior, 1 inch up from the bottom raw edge, with the fold facing toward bottom. The unattached end of the strap will thread through the fabric tube toward the top raw edge. Securely stitch in place.”

Any help visualizing and understanding this step would be appreciated!
