[Question] What to do with fabric scraps? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I recently went through my fabric bin, and took record of the fabric I have. While doing this, I found a bunch of fabric scraps that I had saved thinking I could make something with them. I’ve got about a plastic Target bag full of scraps that are just too small to do anything with, IMO.

What do you do with your tiny scraps? Is there anyplace I could donate them where they would either get recycled or used?
