Playsuit pattern? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I need some help! I am in love with this playsuit pattern, and I would love to make it for myself (a very petite young woman). However, I can’t find this pattern at all, let alone anything like it, that would fit me (I can wear large kids sizes as well as small women’s sizes).

If anyone is aware of a similar pattern available to purchase, download, or a simple pattern drafting tutorial that looks like this, I’d really appreciate it!
