pattern search: pull on pant or short pattern Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I am hunting for a good women’s pant or short pattern (or pattern that has options for both) with an elastic or drawstring waist and pockets. Something basic that could be adapted and made over and over. I prefer no fly or zippers as I am looking for ultimate pants comfort. Oh and I prefer to sew woven fabrics, so a pattern that would only work in knits wouldn’t be great. Any suggestions?
