Online Fabric Shopping Question Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hello All! I am fairly new to sewing, I am in need of a nice lining fabric. (I am doing the couture dress on craftsy.com) I came across dharmatrading.com/fabric and the prices seem to be significantly less than that of mood and other major sites. Has anyone used Dharma Trading Co? Or does anyone have any good site suggestions for deals on good frabric?
