Nude fabric? Like figure skaters use? And possible tuto Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I have tattoos and I work in an office. I purchased sleeve covers from ebay and they are ok. But I also have a chest tattoo that I need to cover, because summer is coming and I can’t just wear cardigans all the time! Haha so I’m wondering if you guys know where I can find this weird fabric and what it is. It’s stretchy and nude colored, and I always think of figure skating costumes when I see it. It’s opaque, can’t see the tattoos at all when I wear the sleeves. I need to buy at least a yard of it I’d guess. I would like to make a long sleeved cropped (just below the bust line) shirt that has a higher collar so it covers my chest tattoo (I’ve been wearing high collared tops or wrap shirts to work, but again, summer is coming lol) what kind of fabric am I looking for? And also, I can’t read sewing patterns. But I do fine with step by step tutorials. Any suggestions? Or anyone want to be commissioned for the work? Hahaha
