A long..shirt dress? (i’ve no clue what to call it)

If there are any sewing patterns that are similar to the shirtdress in the image that you guys can find (please!), i’d be extremely grateful.

I have basic sewing knowledge/skills.

Any general tips on a project like this?
I’ve no idea how big a task i have ahead of me.

Am i about to start something that isn’t going to be finished because i’m going to throw my scissors away in frustration? (i have a habit of doing this. Giving up. Not the scissor-throwing.)
