New to sewing, trying to be ambitious with dressmaking Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hi! I’ve been hand stitching simple things for years but I recently got a sewing machine and I’m obsessed with the idea of dressmaking. Planning on starting with easy stuff like tshirt dresses and circle skirts, but in the future i’m planning on trying to make a high neck (kind of halter, kind but with straps that connect to the back of the dress also) and I know I’m probably going to need to use princess seams. I understand the concept and purpose of them in theory, but i’m trying to figure out how to draft them myself. Any patterns or resources to help? (Or even just beginner advice?)
