Need help fitting a hood! Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I don’t know what sub to post this to, sorry if this isn’t the right one.

I love my full length winter coat, but the hood is way too big and has no drawstring. Even when I wear a hat it’s too big. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Add a drawstring maybe? I’m not sure how to do that…. Please help Reddit!
