Need help choosing a buttonhole foot Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hi guys! After 15+ years of sewing on my machine and leaning on zippers, elastic and drawstring as closures, I have finally decided to learn how to make buttonholes. I have a Singer 6268, and it came with a “one step button hole foot” which is missing. There is an exact replacement of that foot on ebay for $35 (eek!). I’d love to go with something less expensive, but I don’t know what. My machine has 3 different buttonhole settings, so I would like a foot that is compatible with that feature. Someone please help me! I don’t know what I am doing!
