Looking to commission a hoodie to be made from scratch! Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Not sure where to post this, but I want a sort of intricate hoodie made, a style I’ve not seen made. Looking for a sort of large looming hood, a built in neck scarf type deal that comes up to your chin or a bit higher, and the sleeves a little long with the end tapering out the quite large. I’m 5 foot 10 inches and weigh 130 pounds, so not very large.. If there is somewhere else I might post this, please let me know. Thanks!
