Looking for similar patchwork Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hello. First time posting here so sorry for any mistakes. I have been looking to buy or recreate a pair of pants I once had. I dont have much to go one except that they had comic strips over them. I wanted to ask if anyone had seen a similar style of patchwork or could point me to what it would take to recreate them. Again I know it’s not a lot to go on, but any little bit would help.
