Looking for an opinion… Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hey ya’ll! I hope we’re posting correctly on here… We’re new to Reddit, so forgive me if I’m doing it all wrong…
We’re a little fabric shop in Austin and are thinking about restructuring our business. What do you guys think about sewing cafes? You know, like where you go to a cool lil shop and pay a flat rate to use a machine and there’s a fabric expert there to help and there’s coffee and awesome fabric to play with…
Would this be something you’d be into utilizing? What do you think would be a fair hourly fee for something like this? What would you hope to see included in this hourly package?
