Swim out and see some of our man made reefs that are within snorkeling distance from the beach. Rent a cabana, rent a kayak, go para sailing or rent a jet ski.

The ladies, love to shop and can they ever shop while living on Singer Island. The area is loaded with great shopping, with the GPA corridor of shoppes and high end boutiques. Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and Sears are the Anchor Tenants for the Gardens Mall. All along the Downtown and Mid Town areas are great places to get quality shopping time.

Live in a Condo and store your boat at an in and out storage facility. Call 20 minutes before you want to depart and be in the middle of the gulf stream fishing for Sailfish and other world class fishing, dolphin, shark, barracuda, jack, marlin, are just some of the fish you will catch. Come back throw the keys to the Boat storage attendant and head home to get ready for Dinner.

The toughest thing about Dining out is where to make reservations. Many of our finer restaurants cook the finest fresh fish in the world. Steaks and other fare are just as delicious. Everywhere you go you will find fine dining and great water views. Dine at the famous Sailfish Marina and stroll the docks admiring the fleet of charters fishing boats or go to the gift shop that has clothes and trinkets. If you come on Thursday night you can stroll the local artists showing their creations.

Singer Island is for everyone. All ages of people enjoy the laid back lifestyle of crossing the bridge and entering Singer Island. Our rebirth is happening now as we see new resorts opening, shopping centers being demolished and rebuilt while many older buildings are being updated. Prices on Homes and Condominiums have fallen dramatically during the last 3 years and seem to have started to stabilize.
