Is it possible to get underwear replicated? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hey thanks in advance for any advice, I know this is kind of a weird question!

I’d been buying the same pair of boxers, “Croft and Barrow” brand from Kohls for a number of years. They discontinued these about a year ago and I’m getting more and more desperate for new pairs.

Does anyone know how I could go about and roughly what I’d pay to get them replicated? I’d imagine whoever I’m getting this from would have to source material and borrow a pair or two to get an idea of what to do with them. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!
