I'm looking to buy a sewing machine, I'm not Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I skimmed the wiki but I didn’t seeing anything about a buying guide.

So I need a sewing machine for sewing my husbands uniforms, and misc from hemmimg to making simple dresses.

I know a little bit about sewing, my grandma was teaching me a bit as a kid and I want to expand what I know and build on it. I have a very basic understanding.

So I need a machine, preferable with a case and the basic attachments.

It has what I need I guess, but everywhere recommends them, is there a cheaper option? It doesn’t need all the stitches this one has and it doesn’t need to be computerized or anything.

$150 is my max, but I want good quality but I don’t really know anyone who has bought a sewing machine aside from my grandma and her machine is as old as I am and probably expensive.

Any help and suggestions would be lovely.
