I'm in love… (seeking a pattern) Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Somebody on my facebook feed posted a video of Judy Garland and Barbara Streisand singing a duet, and I love the top that Barbara Streisand was wearing (screencap here).
I’ve searched both etsy and ebay for a vintage pattern that’s similar, but nothing has turned up in my size (18 or 20) and I’m not quite ready to try and re-size a pattern.

Do you have any suggestions? I would really appreciate the help!
