Please help. I’ve spent hours researching and trying to fix my sewing machine (Sunbeam Compact Machine) to no avail. Here’s what’s going on:
A few days ago I noticed that when sewing the top thread it visible on the underside of the fabric. It looks like little loops. The bobbin thread is loose and wavy. Because of the loose loops that the top thread forms on the underside of the fabric, the bobbin thread can easily be pulled out.
So far I’ve adjusted the top thread tension to every number, made sure the tension discs are clean and working, rethreaded both the top thread and the bobbin multiple times, and read my owners manual. From my research, I think the bobbin tension may be off, but it is impossible to get the bobbin case out. PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I AM SO ANNOYED.
