I need help. I want to turn an old bridesmaid gown into Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

So i have this gown http://img.davidsbridal.com/is/image/DavidsBridalInc/81123_BM_S13_FRONT_CLOVER?$plpimagedesktop$ in cornflower blue. it was from my sister’s wedding in 2009… In May, i’ll be going to a friend’s wedding that i have been informed is victorian themed. I’d like to convert this gown into a somewhat victorian, without making it really flashy.

I love lace, & am not opposed to black accents. really I’d just love to cut down on the shine of the satin.

Also, if there’s a way we can add some length to the dress, that’d be awesome. it was only about ankle length on me originally, so to get it to the floor would be wonderful.
