How would you add modesty/lining to this top? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

My wedding gown is very very similar to this.

A lace crop top with nude bra cups sewn to it and a fitted jersey skirt. At first I thought I was fine with the see-through top, but now I’m looking to make it more modest. I’d like to cover the front of my body somehow but I can’t decide what I should do. Ideally, I’d like to end up with a sweetheart look similar to this, though not necessarily so structured (I do not prefer boning).

I really wish I could keep the back open and only line the front. I considered just wearing a cami underneath but I fear that wouldn’t look very… put together. If you were going to try to accomplish this, how would you approach the situation?
