How to make an elastic dress back? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Essentially, I’m trying to make a linen dress, but because linen doesn’t stretch, I want to put some elastic in the back to give it a little bit of stretch. I’m thinking something like this scrunched elastic waistband but only in the back and probably a few rows of it.

I wish I had a picture of exactly what I’m thinking but I can’t figure out what it’s called to even search for it. The closest I can think is something like this but only in the back. Does anyone know the term I would use or have any suggestions for patterns or tutorials?
