Help me decide on the best pattern for this dress… Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Ok here is the deal. I have this incredible fabric , which hopefully there is enough. Its likely a cotton, but its vintage so I’m not 100%.

I stumbled on this random image and decided that was the style of dress I wanted to make with my fabric.

So far this is the best pattern I have come across. I am pretty comfortable with sewing, not the best, but this pattern looks simple enough.

Unless someone else has a better pattern suggestion. I do not want TOO full of a skirt, and I can add the pockets in on my own.
