[Help] looking for modern business formal wear patterns Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Anyone know where I can find patterns for men’s wear business formal, the 2 piece suit, the dress shirts, ties that are non vintage patterns and preferably plus size. My husband needs suits something fierce with his new job but we can’t find anything affordable in his sizes and while we have bought a few he needs more. Also religiously he cannot wear silk and I swear everything ppl try to sell him is silk, oh the suit may be wool but the pinstripes are made with silk threads and the tie ofc is silk. When we go to a store that sells non silk options they have nothing that will fit him. I have never tried to make men’s wear more than lounging pants or a quick t shirt. I understand it’s going to be complicated, but I figure if I can even make him some nice ties that are in the right fabric its a help. Any tips are welcome too. I don’t expect to fly anything out but rather start small and go very slow I would rather take a few weeks to make something that looks crisp than pump out something he couldn’t wear to work anyway.
