HALP! My bobbin is birdnesting Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Im so frustrated.

I have a Brother XL2610 and it’s been running smooth for a few months now. Then last week it started birdnesting (is that even a real term?) underneath my fabric.

I’ve tried adjusting my tension, new needles, re-threading over and over, different fabric, different thread, and finally took my throat plate off and completely cleaned underneath as well as around the take up lever.

WHAT GIVES?

Luckily i’m done with my Christmas sewing but I wanted to make myself a nice top for holiday pictures but i can’t until this is resolved 🙁

Any/all suggestions are much appreciated!
