I fell in love with this dress awhile ago, and finally found the perfect fabric for the skirt. Problem is, I’m not sure how many yards I need to make the gathered bottom.
I once saw a woman gather 6 yards of chiffon to make something like this, but I’m not sure. Any guesses?
