Free 20" doll clothes patterns? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I’d like to make some doll clothes for my daughter’s big baby doll to get back into the swing of things (never made doll clothes, but I have made a couple shirts for myself before). I was never good with pattern reading and doubt my ability to scale things.

I find lots for 18″ American girl dolls, but this one is a) two inches larger and b) has a pudgy baby belly that apparently modern dolls do not (this was purchased for me around 1992).

So are there patterns for basic shirts, skirts and pants for a doll this size that aren’t completely retro? Or is it easier than I think to scale things up?
